HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE for all orders above $50. It is a flat $9.95 for any order under $50. 

WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ITEM(S) AFTER I ORDER?

All orders received by 11:00 a.m. EST will ship same day. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES GUILTYSOLES USE?

GuiltySoles ground ships no matter how many items you order or where you ship to. We also offer expedited shipping options to help meet your needs.

DOES GUILTYSOLES SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will e-mail you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you created an account during checkout you may track your order by logging in and going to My Account >> My Orders >> View Order >> Order Shipments >> Track This Shipment. 

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR MY PACKAGE?

No. Your package will not require a signature.

RETURNS

At GuiltySoles we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If not, simply complete our online return form by logging in and going to My Account >> My Returns. If you did not create an account or need assistance, one of our customer service representatives will gladly help you! Just give us a call at 1-888-814-8333 or email us at support@guiltysoles.com.

THE RETURN PROCESS

When returning something, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipment date, or as otherwise stated on the item's product page.
  2. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, and dust bags.
  4. If a returned item brings the original order to under the Free Shipping Threshold (currently $50), the refunded amount will reflect a deduction of the standard shipping rate (currently $9.95). 

Items that cannot be returned or refunded include:

  1. Shipping Costs.
  2. Any items marked as final sale.
  3. Free gifts or promotional items.
  4. Items in damaged or worn condition (excluding manufacturing or material defects).
  5. Returns received 30 days after original order shipment date.
  6. Items that are worn and/or not in their original packaging.

When requesting a refund please note the following:

  1. All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee. All exchanges are FREE. 
  2. GuiltySoles assumes no liability or responsibility for actions related to the carrier the customer selects to return items. This includes but is not limited to damages to packaging or items during transit and lost, stolen or undeliverable packages .
  3. Once items are received they shall be inspected. If items are deemed to be in good condition (lack of non-manufacturing defects) and unused we will issue a refund for the amount that was paid for the items being returned (coupon codes and BOGO orders will receive applicable pro-rated refunds). If an item is deemed to have been worn, used or damaged by the customer no refund will be issued and the item shall be returned to customer. 
  4. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days before they are reflected on your statement/posted to your account. PayPal refunds will be immediately reflected on your account.
  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Love your purchase, but need it in a different size? We'll be happy to exchange it for you if we still have the item in stock. If you created an account during checkout please login and go to My Account >> My Returns and start a new return. If you did not create an account please e-mail us at support@guiltysoles.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item desired. Once your return is approved, print the return slip, package it and your item in the original packaging, and send it back to us. We will send the desired item to you using the same shipping method chosen with the original order as soon as we receive your package. Note: Only the FIRST exchange for the order (covers all items) qualifies for free return shipping. Customer must cover costs of any subsequent exchanges.
